~A short message from Coach Rod~ Becoming a youth basketball coach has been big for me! Being able to help young kids who aspire for something more is a job that I take seriously and take pride in! When I see some of these kids, I see myself and how I was growing up! Some kids come in already pretty skilled and knowledgable about the game, and some are knowledgable but are unsure of their skillset and where they fit on a team. My ability to see the strengths in a kid, help them develop that skill and see them improve over time is quite rewarding!
